We manage all aspects of logistics including shipping, handling, and setup. We ensure that the exhibit arrives on time and is set up properly at the event location.

Of course! We have a large warehouse of inventory and as you participate in shows throughout the year, we can tweak/update a previous design and send out a new rental to a subsequent show. Rental inventory goes back into our warehouse after each show and because BeMatrix is modular in nature, modifying the design to suit a new booth configuration is no problem at all.

No problem. We suggest this for 3-4+ shows a year if you are exhibiting in the same/similar booth space on each show! After the initial purchase and show, we offer a Program Management service that allows us to take care of it all for you. This includes storing the booth (separate storage agreement), prepping it for the next show with any repairs needed and then shipping it straight to your show.

Maintenance requirements depend on the materials and components purchased, shipping container durability etc. With our Program Management service we provide guidelines and support to help you care for the exhibit to ensure it remains in good condition.

Yes, we offer post-event services through our Program Management service that includes storage, repairs, and graphic updates if needed. We can also assist with evaluating the exhibit’s performance and making improvements for future events.
